Trash Panel

Once a File is deleted from a Project, it goes into that Project’s Trash folder. The Trash Panel displays all the contents of the Trash Folder, along with functionality to recover them or delete them permanently. Any Folders that are deleted are not saved in the Trash, so the Trash will contain only Files. Files in the Trash still retain all associated metadata, including descriptions, comments and approvals.

> To view the Trash Panel, open a Project and click on the Trash link at the bottom of the Folder Tree Panel on the left. The Trash Panel will appear on the right.

    1. Display Type Dropdown Used to change the way the Files are displayed. Choose either Gallery or Image List(see File Display below).
    2. Per Page Dropdown Changing the Per Page Dropdown allows you to change how many Files display on the page at one time
  5. File Display Displays the File in the Trash. Trash contents are arranged in alphabetical order by default. There are two different layouts in which you can view the contents: Gallery and Image List. The Image List has more information about each File, while the Gallery allows you to view more Files on the screen by hiding non-critical information, so that each item takes up less space. For more information, click either of the options below.
