Project Info Panel

The Project Info Panel displays Project information and setting and lists the Project Team for the currently selected Project. Functions available from this page include Editing a Project, Editing Project Status, and Deleting a Project.

 

> To view the Project Info Panel, open the Project Home Page for a Project and the Project Info Panel will be on the bottom right

 

Project Info Panel

 

The Project Info Panel contains the following elements:

  1. Panel Header The Panel Header is the grey area at the top of the Panel. It consists of:
    1. Arrow Icon & Panel Name The name of the panel (Info for Project Name). To collapse the Panel, click on the blue Arrow Icon or the Panel Name. Click again to open the Panel.
    2. Edit Button Click to open the Create/Edit Project Page to Edit the Project (except Project Status).
  2. Project Info The Project Info consists of:
    1. Project Name The name of the Project
    2. Project Number The Project Number, if one was added
    3. Project Image The Project Image, if one was added, otherwise a default image will display
    4. Project Manager The name of the Project Manager
    5. Project Status Set of radio buttons (Active/Inactive). Select one to Edit the Project Status
    6. Last Accessed The date and time the Project was last accessed, and the name of the User who accessed
    7. Date Created The date and time the Project was created
    8. Project Description The Description for the project, if one was added
    9. File Size The total size of all the Files in the Project
    10. Trash Size The total size of all the Files in the Trash
    11. Project Team List Displays all of the Users who are on the Project Team. Producers and Administrator will be able to click on the name of each User to view their User Profile and edit the User if needed, but Basic and Review Users will only see what is in the list.
      The columns in the Project Team List are:
      1. Last Name The Last Name of the User
      2. First Name The First Name of the User (this is optional, so might be blank for some Users)
      3. Email The primary Email Address for the User. If something is send to the User by or through Wiredrive, this is the email address it will be sent to.
      4. Projects The Projects Permissions set for the User.
      5. Last Accessed Date and Time this User last accessed Wiredrive. A value of "-" indicates that the User has never logged in.
    12. Delete Button Located at the bottom of the Project Info Panel. Click to Delete the Project
