The contents of a Folder or a single File can be sent to the members of the Project Team and/or to any number of outside email addresses as a Folder or File Presentation. The recipient(s) will be sent a Presentation Email, which includes a link to open the Folder or File Presentation in a new browser window (or tab) on the recipient’s computer.
