The Pending Queue Page

Pending Queue Page

After they are uploaded, all Files are initially saved into the Pending Queue. Before a File can be added to the Library, you must Assign Metadata and Credits to it. This can be done on the Pending Queue Page itself or on the Batch Assignment Page. On the Pending Queue Page, each File is selected individually and assigned its own Metadata and Credits, while on the Batch Assigner Page, the same Metadata and Credits can be assigned to multiple Files at the same time. Individual Assignment should be used when adding Files that will share no Metadata or Credits with each other, or when only a single File is being added. Batch Assignment should be used when adding a group of Files that will be assigned to some of the same Metadata and/or Credits.

On the Pending Queue Page, uploaded Files can be viewed, deleted and sent to the Batch Assigner Page, as well as being assigned Metadata and Credits using the Individual Assignment method.
